Sophya is a seasoned VFX producer with over 20 years of experience across advertising, film, and music videos. With 15+ years in CG and VFX, her global portfolio spans the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Singapore. Her award-winning work has been recognised by Cannes Lions, Eurobest, MAA Globes, FWA, and Epica Awards, with screenings at the New York Film Festival. At Might & Magic, she focuses on elevating VFX storytelling through visual mastery.
Seiji is an Art Director, Designer, and 3D Artist based in Queens, NY. With a background in architectural design, he combines spatial storytelling with cinematic visuals, creating design and animation work for top clients like Marvel, Disney, Pixar, FX, Ford, and GM across film, TV, games, and advertising.
Alex O’Shaughnessy is a New Zealand-based commercial and film editor with over 20 years of international experience. Originally from the UK, he moved to New Zealand at 18 and has since built a global career, editing award-winning commercials, short films, music videos, and documentaries. His work spans collaborations with agencies, production companies, producers, and directors across the USA, Australia, Asia, the UK, and New Zealand.

Trained in graphic design at Paris’ ESAG and film production at LASALLE, she now focuses on narrative and commercial projects, collaborating closely with her team to craft suspenseful edits and emotional grades where every cut and colour choice is purposeful.
