Kelvin is an entrepreneur and executive producer with nearly two decades in media production and leadership. Known for his personable, transparent approach, he champions collaboration, mentorship, and ethical business practices. He has successfully expanded operations across Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Europe. Under his leadership, Might & Magic is building a progressive post-production culture that prioritises inclusion and creativity.
Lester has 18 years of creative expertise in design, motion graphics, and user experience. Starting with online design, his career evolved into crafting visually striking content for global audiences. As a Creative Director, he merges design and technology to produce standout visuals, with recent projects including motion graphics for Nike SEA and Greater China. At Might & Magic, he continues to raise the bar for creative excellence.
Jon is a film director and editor with a passion for storytelling that connects with audiences on a human level. With over 10 years of experience, he brings a unique narrative approach to every project, focusing on fresh, impactful visuals that resonate with the next generation. His portfolio includes collaborations with Porsche, Changi Airport Group, Hilton, and StarHub. At Might & Magic, he’s pushing the boundaries of narrative filmmaking.
Lynn is a Burmese-American producer and director with over 15 years of experience in film and commercial production. Rising from the camera department to leading regional post-production, he has delivered content for Sephora, Hyatt, Singapore Airlines, and AliPay. Now Head of Post Production at Might & Magic, Lynn is dedicated to crafting impactful regional content for Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific, with a focus on storytelling excellence.
Sophya is a seasoned VFX producer with over 20 years of experience across advertising, film, and music videos. With 15+ years in CG and VFX, her global portfolio spans the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Singapore. Her award-winning work has been recognised by Cannes Lions, Eurobest, MAA Globes, FWA, and Epica Awards, with screenings at the New York Film Festival. At Might & Magic, she focuses on elevating VFX storytelling through visual mastery.
Seiji is an Art Director, Designer, and 3D Artist based in Queens, NY. With a background in architectural design, he combines spatial storytelling with cinematic visuals, creating design and animation work for top clients like Marvel, Disney, Pixar, FX, Ford, and GM across film, TV, games, and advertising.
Alex O’Shaughnessy is a New Zealand-based commercial and film editor with over 20 years of international experience. Originally from the UK, he moved to New Zealand at 18 and has since built a global career, editing award-winning commercials, short films, music videos, and documentaries. His work spans collaborations with agencies, production companies, producers, and directors across the USA, Australia, Asia, the UK, and New Zealand.
Dionne Leow is a Business Development Producer based in Singapore. With roots in photography and storytelling, she bridges creative vision with business strategy. She has led global campaigns for brands like SK-II, Meta, Nutella, FWD, and 3CE, helping turn complex brand messages into clear, engaging narratives. At Might & Magic, she works closely with the team to craft corporate content that is both visually impactful and strategically lasting.
Alan is a Bangkok-based Post Producer with a focus on practical problem-solving and clear communication. He manages end-to-end post-production for leading brands like Mercedes-Benz, Sephora, Dyson, and Play-Doh, overseeing workflows and coordinating between creative teams, agencies, and clients to deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.
Based in Singapore, Kexin combines the precision of an editor with the artistry of a colourist. Trained in graphic design at Paris’ ESAG and film production at LASALLE, she now focuses on narrative and commercial projects, collaborating closely with her team to craft suspenseful edits and emotional grades where every cut and colour choice is purposeful.
